As required by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), we are providing to you important information relating to our status, the sourcing fee we charge and our cancellation charges.

Carfound Limited is a credit broker, not a lender.
We charge a sourcing fee of £299 inc. vat for our brokering services. This represents the costs incurred in ordering your vehicle with our nominated supplying dealer. This fee is payable by debit or credit card or by BACS payment and is taken once finance approval has been received.
We may also charge a fee for cancellation our brokering services as set out in our Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your right to cancel your finance agreement within any cooling off period.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, regulated customers have the right to cancel without penalty within 14 calendar days from the day place your order online or “accept” our quotation via email. For orders cancelled after 14 calendar days, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- In the event of a cancellation of your order you will be charged a fee by us of £250 + vat (£300 inc. vat). We also reserve the right to pass on any consequential loss that are charged by the supplying dealer or third party suppliers in relation to this order.
- If you cancel your credit hire agreement after you have signed your Contract Hire or Personal Contract Hire agreement, Carfound Limited will retain the full sourcing fee of £299 inc. vat (otherwise known as the brokerage fee) to cover all costs and expenses incurred in arranging the credit hire agreement.
